With +30 Years in the industry, Chris leads IN Connected, bringing an extensive background in brand building, shopper and category connectivity, e-commerce, and retailer knowledge. Prior to joining IN, Chris was VP of Total Store Leadership for Tyson Foods where he was responsible for their development of the Shopper Marketing, Category Leadership and e-commerce functions. Preceding his current roles, Chris was with PepsiCo, The Gillette Company and The Dial Corp. in a variety of executive leadership positions where he helped build and develop brand, category and shopper capabilities. Chris is a two-time Global Effie Award winner and is a 2017 inductee into the Shopper Marketing Hall of Fame.

Valerie Bernstein

With 20+ years’ integrated marketing experience, Val solves business issues with creative thinking, strategic acumen and a small dose of dictatorship. She brings forward the best of the agency, tailoring services to client needs by listening, architecting solutions, and leading teams through onboarding. She has led smooth agency transitions for clients with complicated organization structures and large brand portfolios that span multiple categories such as Johnson & Johnson, Anheuser-Busch, Bayer, Keurig Dr Pepper Group and Unilever.

Dino de Leon

EVP, EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Dino has been developing creative solutions to marketing problems for over 20 years. With a traditional advertising background, his curiosity and passion for challenging norms led him to promotional, digital, and shopper marketing leadership roles where he helped his teams deliver unexpected and strategically spot-on ideas that get results. He has brought this innovation to world-class brands including Walmart, 7-Eleven, HP, LG, T-Mobile, Starbucks, Dannon, Mars, Kellogg’s, Kraft, Subway, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Keurig Dr Pepper, Anheuser-Busch, Heineken, Miller, Bacardi, and Jim Beam.

Holly Quinn

EVP, OPERATIONS & AGENCY EXCELLENCE

Holly is a senior marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in client relationship development, infrastructure and operational excellence. Tasked with fortifying operating systems, she has spearheaded the transition to next-generation project management technology, provides integrated workflows, budget management, and enhanced capacity management, allowing our teams to quickly and easily provide updates to the cross-functional team and clients.

Sherif Fahmy

SVP, COMMERCIAL OPTIMIZATION & ANALYTICS

Sherif brings a balanced perspective on solving business problems with 15+ years of agency-based innovation, shopper marketing, and retail media experience, coupled with time spent at leading retailer CVS/pharmacy operating the ExtraCare loyalty platform for suppliers. His versatile background across numerous verticals, clients, and the pioneer of several retail-based companies/tools proves there’s a solution for every kind of problem. His attention to detail and never-ceasing positive attitude allow him to keep things moving forward no matter what might pop up.

Kelly Ravestijn

VP, STRATEGIC PLANNING

Kelly co-leads the planning function for IN and is responsible for the strategic leadership across key accounts. Before joining the agency, Kelly worked for Shopper Marketing and Brand Advertising agencies in New Orleans, Dallas and New York across many CPG, Retail and Food Service clients. She also specialized in cultural marketing. Kelly holds a MA from the University of Texas as well as a secondary bachelor’s in international business, through studies in Mexico, Argentina and Spain. She is mother to two boys, ages 8 and 12 and married to a Dutchman who shares her love of soccer.

Jeff Daniel

VP, MEDIA

Jeff is a true media maven with a wealth of experience building media plans and go-to-market strategies that inspire and engage consumers and shoppers. He’s an expert at crafting media programs that build awareness while driving purchase intent and sales. Jeff worked his way through the ranks at Kelly Scott Madison and Starcom MediaVest Group, planning and buying media for CPG, transportation, healthcare, nonprofit, and retail clients. His ability to find the most efficient and effective placements can help Mars reach its goals. Jeff is part of the faculty for Path to Purchase Institute, as well as Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing Magazine.

Molly Hollenkamp

SR. ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER ADVISOR LEAD

Molly leads our customer excellence team and the customer connects advisory panel. She is a champion of the “voice of the customer” for key retailers, providing strategic leadership for our clients, and our internal creative and planning teams. Molly’s deep understanding of customers’ strategic hot buttons and evolving business strategies allows her to bring dynamic programming to life at retail and, ultimately, to drive conversion for our clients’ brands. Molly has worked closely with all cross-functional partners to ensure shopper activations are integrated with sales—as we are all an extension of one team, with one mission…to drive your sales at retail.

Zesha Skop

SR. ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, KROGER

With 15+ years in the industry, Zesha brings innovative and analytical thinking to IN and the Grocery channel, with the ability to translate insights into engaging, omni-channel activations that drive conversion in store. She is experienced at building and managing programs effectively across retailers in grocery, drug and value channels, working across accounts including Anheuser-Busch, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Edgewell Personal Care, and L’Oréal. Additionally, Zesha is a 2020 Path to Purchase Institute Women of Excellence Finalist in the Relationship Builder category.

Allison O'Sullivan

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, GROCERY

Allison or “Allie” has been with IN Connected for a little over 5 years. She joined the team in 2015 as an Account Director on the East Grocery team for Keurig Dr Pepper and has since expanded her role to manage the entire regional grocery team for KDP. In addition to KDP, she currently works as the Account Director over Publix and Ahold for Upfield. Prior to joining IN, Allie worked both agency and client side for a number of adult beverage and traditional CPG clients throughout her 15+ years in the industry.
